Boardroom problems have had their foot on Cricket South Africa's (CSA) throats for the majority of the year, which have left the organisation in perennial crisis mode.

This week will see the launch of a new domestic season, beginning with the 4-Day competition on 2 November after seven months without any serious cricket being played in South Africa. (The 3TC gimmick, notwithstanding).

In those seven turbulent, pandemic months, Fundudzi Forensic Services began its investigation into the affairs of cricket, dating back from 2016 to 2019.
