The full Fundudzi Forensic Services report that Cricket South Africa (CSA) released on Wednesday details a full picture of how the organisation was fair game for what amounted to financial fleecing by its affiliates for loans they've been unable to pay since 2017.

CSA, whose cash reserves have shrunk to R170 million, as of 29 February this year was owed R150 million by its 11 affiliated provinces, some of whom have never paid a cent back on their original loan amounts.

By November 2019 only 8% of the loans were repaid.
