As Cricket South Africa's (CSA's) interim board tries to clean up the mess left behind by the previous board, the case involving dismissed former CEO Thabang Moroe appears to be back at square one.
Moroe's contract was terminated on 27 August 2020, almost nine months after he was initailly suspended in December 2019.
His lawyer, Michael Bill, was particularly scathing about CSA's initial handling of the Moroe dismissal, which has dragged on for 15 months since the stormy suspension.
