Acting president Barry Hendricks' return to the position that was temporarily occupied by Aleck Skhosana will not alter the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee's (Sascoc's) plans to intervene in Cricket South Africa (CSA).

That’s according to acting Sascoc CEO Ravi Govender, who also told Sport24 that CSA had invited the sporting governing body to meet over the stand-off regarding the planned task team intervention, as well as their demand for an unrestricted handover of the Fundudzi Forensic Services report into cricket.

"I've seen a proposed invitation for Friday, to continue engagement, I presume," said Govender.
