When Cricket South Africa's interim board eventually completes its work by 15 February or after, depending on what Sports, Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa decides, their true value will be seen in the composition of the organisation's independent board.

Judging from retired Judge Zak Yacoob, the interim board isn't keen on overstaying its welcome.

They would have learnt from the previous board and the likes of CSA's former president Chris Nenzani, who's extra year in charge saw the organisation come apart at the seams.
