Cape Town - Overnight rain and bad light meant that a total of just eight deliveries were sent down on day three of the 4-Day Domestic Series encounter between the Titans and Warriors in Centurion on Sunday.

Just one run was added as the hosts moved from their 130 for four overnight score to 131 for four. The run was scored by Rivaldo Moonsamy (1 not out) with Theunis de Bruyn (55) unbeaten at the other end.

Play was initially delayed by the wet outfield as the ground staff mopped up, before the wet weather returned.

Umpires Dennis Smith and Murray Brown then scheduled a start time of 14h00, but only one full Lutho Sipamla over was possible as the bad light returned and remained for the rest of the afternoon at SuperSport Park.

It meant that with just one day remaining, a draw is the most likely outcome.
