A South Africa A side is set to tackle an All Blacks XV in November, a report indicates.

According to New Zealand's Stuff website, the match will be held in Montpellier, France in November.

The Springboks will be in Europe at the end of the year where they will play four Tests against Ireland, France, Italy, and England.

SA Rugby confirmed earlier this month that there will be a midweek game between an SA Select XV and English club Bristol Bears.

SA Rugby said that negotiations were underway to arrange two more midweek games for the SA Select XV team.

One of those midweek games now look set to be against the All Blacks XV. According to the Stuff website, the match will be part of New Zealand Rugby's attempts to stay connected to its greatest rugby rival.

The report added that a New Zealand under-19 side will also tour South Africa for three or four games in October.

The All Blacks XV will reportedly be coached by former All Black Leon MacDonald and made up of players who are on the fringes of the New Zealand Test team.
