Bowen leads a good attack for West Ham up the right and looks to find Antonio with a cross but Gabriel is well-positioned and heads clear.
Now Antonio tires to take on Gabriel but the defender shows good pace, but Masuaku picks up the loose ball and wins a corner of Bellerin.
A decent opening! West Ham deliver the corner, Rice gets up highest and nods down and Ogbonna has a shot which is straight at Leno.
West Ham are really doing well here and Bowen first nearly gets in after a miscued Gabriel header and then Ceballos gives away a foul.
Rice steps up to strike the dead ball for West Ham but Ceballos blocks the effort away for a corner. Arsenal defend the delivery well though.
Arsenal are now enjoying some possession but West Ham look well organised in this game so far.
Antonio makes a good run up the right on the counter attack for West Ham but his driven cross is deflected harmlessly into the arms of Leno.
West Ham break at speed yet again and Bowen gets into the box and tumbles over wanting a penalty. Replays show that Gabriel barely made contact and the ref had correctly waved away the penalty claims.
Rice makes a driving run for West Ham and finds Antonio, who sets up Masuaku to over hit a deep cross.
Bellerin makes a run up the right for Arsenal and takes on Cresswell but the Hammers' defender makes a clean tackle inside the box as Arsenal continue to struggle for rhythm thus far.
Arsenal finally have a good attack as Lacazette tries to slip Saka through on goal but the offside flag had been raised.
1-0! ARSENAL! Saka slips Aubameyang into space and the captain crosses perfectly for Lacazette to head home!
Now Aubameyang tries to find Saka's forward run but Diop reads the pass well for West Ham and shields the ball out for a corner.
Saka has a decent opening for Arsenal but drives his shot over the bar from a good position. The hosts are now clicking into gear.

Arsenal have the first shot of the second half as Aubameyang runs onto a pass from Ceballos and sets up Saka to strike but Diop blocks well.
