Hello and welcome to our coverage of tonight's Premier League clash between Newcastle United and Manchester United, live from St. James' Park.
KICK OFF: We're underway at St. James' Park.
GOAL! Own goal from Shaw! A disaster start for the visitors, who have picked up where they left off. Shelvey picks out Krafth out on the right. He looks to pick out a teammate in the middle but Shaw sticks a leg out but his attempted interception loops over De Gea and into his own net. What a start for Newcastle!
The Red Devils need to find their rhythm now after their shock start. No Paul Pogba in the side tonight to make things tick in midfield.
James links up with Rashford on the edge of the Newcastle area, injecting some pace into the attack, but he just overruns the ball as he skips a challenge and the ball rolls harmlessly behind for a Newcastle goal kick.
Chance! Incisive play from Manchester United as Fred's forward pass is dummied by Mata, allowing Wan-Bissaka to gather in behind. He drills a low ball in towards Rashford, but Fernandez is on hand to clear.
A simple ball over the top causes Newcastle all sorts of problems, as Lascelles' loose header gifts James the ball. He shifts it inside to Rashford and he lashes an effort towards goal that Fernandez blocks behind for a corner.
Manchester United are back on the attack, with Rashford leading the charge. He has James in support but decides to go alone, cutting inside onto his right foot and dragging a shot wide of Darlow's near post.
GOAL! United are level! Bruno Fernandes plays a lovely one-two with Mata in the area before picking out the top corner with the outside of his right boot. VAR is checking for a possible offside...
NO GOAL! Probably the easiest decision VAR has had to make for a while, with Mata's leg clearly a yard offside. Newcastle's 1-0 lead is intact.
GOAL! This time Man United are level for real. Maguire cooly heads home a corner. It had to be him, after the week he's had. 1-1.
Manchester United are probing for a quick-fire second here. Newcastle cannot keep hold of the ball and the visitors are building pressure having reset the game after Shaw's freak own goal.
Save! Saint-Maximin cuts in from the left and tries to catch De Gea out at his near post with a venomous drive. De Gea gets across in time to parry it away from danger but then innocuously collides with the post and looks to have injured his shoulder.
De Gea receives treatment from the Manchester United medical staff and he's given the all clear as play resumes.
Man United win a corner. Krafth is all over Maguire as the corner is swung in, and the Newcastle right-back's efforts given Darlow enough time to punch the ball clear.
Booking: Daniel James is cautioned for a late challenge on Saint-Maximin.
Rashford has shaken off that earlier knock and he nearly gives Manchester United the lead with a dipping 20-yard drive that draws a good save from Darlow in the Newcastle goal.
There will be three minutes of stoppage time at the end of the first half.
KICK OFF: We're back underway for the second half.
Isaac Hayden has pulled up and is receiving treatment. It looks like his evening is potentially over.
HALF TIME: Newcastle took an early lead following a Luke Shaw own goal but Manchester United responded well and were back on level terms through Harry Maguire. It's 1-1 at the break.
Substitution: Hayden walks down the tunnel and is replaced by Fabian Schar.
Save! Saint-Maximin does brilliantly to dance his way past three in the box before crossing to Wilson who toe pokes the ball from close range. De Gea does excellently to get down quickly and palm away. That really should've been a goal. Excellent goalkeeping.
Lovely build-up play from Manchester United as Mata finds Fernandes and his instinctive flick presents Fred with a shooting opportunity, which he blazes wildly wide of the target.
Mata plays Rashford into space in the area. He runs into a cul-de-sac and loses possession but there are appeals for a penalty as Lewis appears to catch the Manchester United striker. VAR is having a look...
Newcastle players protest but referee Pawson has seen enough to point to the spot, and Manchester United ANOTHER penalty! That looks to be one of the softest decisions I've ever seen.
SAVED! Darlow saves and Fernandes misses his first penalty for the club. You've got to say that's justice served. Never a penalty in my opinion.
Off the line! United win a corner following their penalty miss. It's again aimed at Maguire and he heads goalwards but it's cleared off the line by Shelvey.
Manchester United probing for that second goal after squandering a gilt-edged opportunity from the penalty spot. Fernandes looks to make amends with a daisy-cutter of a shot through bodies, but Darlow is on hand again to thwart the Portuguese.
Scintillating attacking football from Manchester United as a rapid counter ends with Mata threading Rashford through on goal. Darlow is off his line in a flash though, and closes down the angle just in time to brilliantly smother the shot.
Substitution: Paul Pogba comes on for Fred in midfield.
Karl Darlow, who has been excellent today, looks to be struggling with a groin problem. He's down receiving treatment.
Substitution: Ryan Fraser is on for Joelinton.
Substitution: Daniel James is replaced by Donny van de Beek as United prepare to take an attacking free-kick.
Darlow is still struggling, hobbling gingerly whenever he's called upon. One can understand Steve Bruce's reluctance to make a change in goal given how good Darlow has been today.
Maguire - who has reminded everyone of his talents here - strides out from the back and fancies his chances from 22 yards. It skids off the turf and just wide of the post.
Shaw comes in off his wing and feeds Fernandes in the pocket. He curls one into the middle but it's a poor execution. Out for a goal kick.
GOAL! Fernandes finishes off a brilliant counter attacking move. Van de Beek and Rashford both involved. Fernandes does well to curl the ball with power past Darlow and that should be the winner.
GOAL! And another for United! It's a thunderous finish from Aaron Wan-Bissaka, that's a rarity! And that surely is that.
Substitution: Juan Mata is off for Matic for the final minutes.
We're into the second of five additional minutes but the game is surely over.
FULL TIME: A flurry of late United goals gives them a resounding victory, but the scoreline doesn't tell the whole story. Newcastle played very well for much of the game. United move on to 6 points.
GOAL! Marcus Rashford is put through on goal and scores! That's the cherry on top for the Red Devils. 4-1!
