Arsenal are seeking their first PL double over Chelsea since 2003/04, having beaten them 3-1 on Boxing Day.
If Chelsea beat the Gunners, they would equal the PL record for points won in London derbies in a season, matching the 25-point totals achieved by the 2005/06 and 2014/15 Blues teams and Arsenal's 2013/14 side.
Chelsea are unbeaten in their last eight Premier League home matches against Arsenal (W6 D2), since losing 5-3 in October 2011 under Andre Villas-Boas.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the English Premier League as Chelsea host Arsenal at Stamford Bridge. Kickoff is at 8.15pm UK time.
We are underway as referee Andre Marriner blows his whistle.
Arsenal are started quite well here in an unfamiliar 3-4-2-1 setup with Saka as the right wingback.
Mikel Arteta's side have had 77% of the ball in these first four minutes as they shift possession impressively in deeper areas.
Chelsea do some excellent counterpressing and win the ball high off Partey. Pulisic receives and sets up Mount to strike from a narrow angle but it's straight at Leno.
Partey redeems himself for that earlier giveaway with some very strong defending to win the ball off Jorginho and then draw a foul to relieve pressure for Arsenal.
Arsenal twice threaten the space behind Chelsea as first Aubameyang is flagged offside in the left channel and then Saka is offside running in-behind Zouma. It's clearly a tactic from Arteta tonight.
CHANCE! Havertz should put Chelsea ahead. Mari is given a hospital pass by Gabriel, Havertz intercepts and runs through on goal but he skies his finish over the crossbar. The German is usually ice cold in those situations.
Arsenal win the first corner as Aubameyang forces Azpilicueta's clearance back into the defender. The corner is taken short and Thiago Silva clears when the ball eventually comes in.
The away side are looking dangerous here. Holding gets forward and fires in an overhit cross. It reaches Tierney and he delivers after getting past James on the outside. Chilwell rises highest to head clear against Holding before the offside flag is raised against the latter.
GOAL! SMITH ROWE! Jorginho plays an awful back pass which forces Kepa to scramble and push the ball off the line with his hand. Aubameyang picks it up and squares for Smith Rowe to tap into the open net. A shambles of a goal conceded. Chelsea 0-1 Arsenal.
Arsenal are looking very solid here as they allow Chelsea to have the ball at the back before pressing effectively.
CHANCE! Chelsea play some lovely stuff as Azpilicueta releases Pulisic down the right and he cuts the pass back for Mount to volley. Holding makes a block to prevent a certain goal for Chelsea with his hand but no penalty is forthcoming.
Aubameyang is off having treatment for a cut lip. He will be alright to continue.
Chelsea are having some final third possession but a Jorginho diagonal to James goes straight out for a goalkick. It hasn't been a good night for the Italian international thus far.
CHANCE! Another opening now for Chelsea as Jorginho finds Havertz and he slips in Mount inside the box. He strikes at goal but the angle is narrow and Leno can dive to his left to parry out with Arsenal following up to clear.
Chelsea come close again as Zouma attacks Mount's corner and Gabriel and when the ball goes up in the air, Pulisic heads over the bar as he tries to lob Leno with his header.
Close! Saka intercepts a pass but Chilwell wins it off him inside the box and fires into the area where Elneny clears crucially before Mount can finish.
Chelsea have a long spell of possession with Arsenal's entire team including Aubameyang sitting 20 yards from their own box. However the home side can't really penetrate and the move breaks down.
Again, a long spell of possession for Chelsea with no real ideas how to break Arsenal down. The visitors try to break through Tierney but Thiago Silva commits a subtle foul to put him off, showing his vast experience.
HALF TIME. Chelsea 0-1 Arsenal. Smith Rowe's 16th minute goal separates the sides. All to play for in the second half -- join us in 15 minutes.
The fourth official indicates one minute of added time to be played.
The second half is underway as Chelsea make one change: Hudson-Odoi replaces Gilmour.
Penalty appeal! Havertz is knocked over inside the box by Gabriel but the referee and VAR deem it not to be a penalty.
It's all Chelsea here but no real chances have been created so far in the second half.
Pulisic drives at Arsenal and wins a corner off Partey. Zouma attacks the delivery but Arsenal defend it well.
Mount drives forward and finds the feet of Havertz. He moves it to James, who sets up Hudson-Odoi to strike but it goes high over the bar for Chelsea.
Chelsea have had 81% of the possession in the second half but just one shot so far.
Tierney is down receiving treatment for Arsenal. He may have yet another injury. Let's see if he can continue.
Disallowed goal! Mount delivers a corner for Chelsea, it's flicked on and Pulisic finishes at the back post but it's miles offside.
Arsenal make a change as Bellerin replaces Saka in a surprising move.
Arsenal threaten now as Tierney's deep cross finds Odegaard to backheel for Bellerin to strike but it's straight at Kepa.
Chelsea make their second change as Giroud replaces Havertz up front.
Elneny gives the ball away to Mount on the edge of his own box and it falls to Giroud for Chelsea but the striker has a wild shot which flashes wide.
Arsenal again play some nice stuff as Smith Rowe finds Tierney to play a low. It makes it's way to Odegaard on the far side but his shot is well wide.
Arsenal look very comfortable here as they defend high up against Giroud.
Smith Rowe drives forward down the left and nutmegs Thiago Silva but Chelsea eventually crowd him out.
Tierney has a shot from range for Arsenal which deflects off Zouma but it goes straight into the arms of Kepa.
Chelsea make their final change now as Azpilicueta is withdrawn and Ziyech enters the action.
Arsenal make a change now as Lacazette replaces Aubameyang up front for fresh legs.
A half chance now for Chelsea as James crosses from a deep, narrow position and Giroud heads wide under pressure from a long way out.
Ziyech looks for a big diagonal towards the run of Hudson-Odoi but Bellerin makes a crucial clearance on the stretch. The Spanish wingback has done himself some damage though and needs treatment.
Mount delivers a corner for Chelsea from the left but it's a poor delivery. Chilwell outs in an second cross but it's straight out for a goalkick. Sums up Chelsea's evening.
CHANCE! Giroud releases Hudson-Odoi down the left but his cross is too heavy for Pulisic at the back post and he can only divert the ball straight at Leno on the slide. That was a very decent opening but the delivery was too strong.
FULL TIME. Chelsea 0-1 Arsenal. Smith Rowe's winner after a howler by Jorginho proves the difference. Arteta's side parked the bus but won't care as they got the win. Thanks for joining us tonight.
+4' Yellow: Partey bursts forward onto Lacazette's pass on the counter attack and just dives inside the box. The referee books him.
+4 Zouma has a shot from range which deflects for a corner. James delivers but Arsenal clear well a couple of times.
The fourth official indicates six minutes of added time to be played.
WOODWORK! Zouma first heads a floating effort against the bar via Leno's weak save and then Giroud follows up to also hit the crossbar from close range with a right foot volley. It's just not Chelsea's night clearly.
