Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the eagerly awaited FA Cup semi-final between Manchester City and Chelsea at Wembley Stadium.
Chelsea kick off at Wembley Stadium. The Blues were beaten by Arsenal in the final of last season's FA Cup and will be eager to go one better this time around. City, meanwhile, lost in the semi-finals to the Gunners.
There's been nothing too eventful to report on in the early moments with City applying the majority of the early pressure.
Dias loses possession and Chelsea are quick on the counter, playing the ball over the top to Werner, who squares for Ziyech, who sweeps past Steffen. However, the flag is up for offside. Moments later, Chilwell crosses for Ziyech, but can't pick him out.
Azpilicueta loses possession in the middle of the park and City string an attack together. Jesus has a shot from just outside the box, but Kepa makes a fairly comfortable save.
City are seeing plenty of the ball, as one would expect them to, with Chelsea looking to catch them on the break at every opportunity.
Chelsea are beginning to look a little more assured, keeping the ball nicely.
James is played into space on Chelsea's right flank and crosses for Chilwell at the far post. Chilwell miscues his shot and misses the target!
Chelsea are putting pressure on City at the moment, winning the ball in midfield and causing problems on the counter. Pep Guardiola's worry lines are visible.
Werner looks to run in behind, but he strays offside and his first touch is less than ideal in any case.
Mount leads another Chelsea counter-attack, passing to Ziyech out right. He looks to pick out Werner with the cross, but that's headed away.
Werner darts forward on Chelsea's right flank and looks to square for Ziyech, but Laporte slides in and makes a great block.
James goes for goal from long range, but fires wide of the target as his shot curls away. Soon afterwards, he brings down Fernandinho and picks up a yellow card.
Fernandinho goes for the ball over the top, looking to pick out Torres, who breaks free of Rudiger, but can't beat Kepa to the ball.
We're approaching half-time with little in the way of clear chances to report on at Wembley Stadium.
Azpilicueta's clearing header is poor and goes striaight to Torres, who passes to de Brunyne. The Belgian's ball is blocked.
HALF-TIME: CHELSEA 0-0 MANCHESTER CITY. Into the break we go with the teams level. Neither side has really taken the game by the scruff of the neck, but Chelsea have perhaps marginally been the better side.
Into only one minute of stoppage time we go at the end of the first half.
The second half is underway at Wembley Stadium. There were no changes from either side over the break.
De Bruyne limps off after appearing to feel a jolt of pain while duelling with Kante for the ball. He is replaced by Foden.
Cancelo plays a lovely ball to Foden near the byline. He picks out Jesus at the far post, but his header is fairly tame and Kepa gathers the ball.
Sterling has a chance to beat Azpilicueta and have a shot at goal, but the Chelsea captain wins possession just outside the box and then wins a foul.
GOAL, CHELSEA, ZIYECH! 1-0: Werner breaks free on the left and squares for Ziyech, who slots into an empty net!
CHANCE! Chilwell plays Ziyech in behind, but Steffen comes out to close down the angle and makes a vital save to keep Manchester City in the match!
Manchester City are making a substitution with Gundogan replacing Torres. Pep Guardiola rolls the dice in a bid to keep City's quadruple hopes alive.
Fernandinho picks up a yellow card, perhaps for an accumulation of fouls. He has been at it since the early minutes and was probably lucky to get away with it for this long.
Christian Pulisic is on for Chelsea in place of Mason Mount.
A Manchester City corner is met by Rodri at the far post. He heads across to Dias, who heads off target.
Ziyech puts in a corner for Chelsea, but that's dealt with by City.
Chelsea hit City on the counter and Werner has a chance, but one can see he is a man lacking confidence in front of goal by his miscued shot. Having been forced wide by Mendy, his effort was tame and comfortably saved.
Cancelo's cross is met at the far post and it leads to a shot from Rodri, but he doesn't catch it cleanly.
Emerson and Havertz replace Ziyech and Werner as Chelsea look to shut up shop. Werner trudges off, appearing upset by his failure to score despite his assist to Ziyech.
Foden tees up Rodri for the shot just outside the area, but his shot is straight at Kepa and comfortably saved.
Jesus meets a cross inside the box and lays off for Sterling, who blasts over the target. Jesus might have been offside in any case.
Thiago Silva is down, having tried to run off a pain he was feeling initially. Zouma is set to replace the Brazilian icon.
Indeed, here comes Zouma in place of Silva, who is clutching his lower back.
Azpilicueta makes a couple of fouls in quick succession and picks up a yellow card for a poor challenge on Foden.
Pulisic cuts inside from the left and drives home, but the flag goes up for a marginal offside call and his jubilant knee-slide celebration is cut short.
Into a minimum of five minutes of stoppage time we go. There has to be a winner today, and unless City can score, it will be Chelsea.
FULL-TIME: CHELSEA 1-0 MANCHESTER CITY. After a scrappy period of stoppage time football, Chelsea have sealed their passage to the FA Cup final, where they will face Leicester City or Southampton. Hakim Ziyech's goal proved to be the winner.
