No real surprises with either starting lineup today. The Skipp and Hojbjerb double pivot in midfield has certainly made Spurs more solid in recent weeks. They will however be tested by the bubbling blowing West Ham and their fans today. Fortunately Kane broke his goal scoring drought last weekend!

A fully second string Spurs side did lose 1-0 in midweek at Vitesse but that will not dent their confidence heading into this match.
Spurs on the other hand are still finding their feat. After a good start to the season, they had a blip of three successive defeats. However, Spurs have won their last two league matches against Villa at home at at Newcastle last weekend.
West Ham are enjoying another very good season under David Moyes. Despite a surprise 2-1 home defeat to Brentford, they have bounced back to win at Goodison Park and at home to Genk in the Europa League.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the London Derby between West Ham United and Tottenham at the London Stadium.
KICK OFF! 0-0. It is the visitors who get this London derby underway.
West Ham are straight onto the front foot here in front of their home fans.
Spurs have made a sloppy start in possession. Much like they have been most of the season.
The pressure continues for West Ham. Fornals with a beautifully struck volley but Lloris is down at his near post to save.
West Ham have been so lively in the opening minutes here. Spurs yet to get into the game.
Soucek has an attempt but it is well wide.
Some possession for the visitors here but it is all very slow. West Ham comfortably shifts from side to side as Spurs go nowhere.
Antonio wins a race on the counter attack. It results in another effort from Fornals but this is wide. It was a decent effort.
Soucek is the first player into the referees book this afternoon.
CHANCE! Ndombele plays Son in. He only has Fabianski to beat but the keeper makes the save.
Spurs have grown into the game as we approach the 30 minute mark. Still not quite the fluency that they would like though.
Yet to see much of Kane today. But West Ham's early game domination has now dissipated.
CHANCE! Soucek should put the hosts ahead, but he misses the target. Great cross by Fornals from the left, Soucek rises highest but can't find the target. His goals have dried up this season.
It has been a reasonably cagey game thus far, not that it was unexpected.
Ndombela gets a header on target but it is straight at Fabianski.
Antonio muscles Romero off the ball, cuts inside and shoots. Dier however gets across the block the shot and the hosts have a corner.
SAVE! Reguilon floats a gorgeous cross the far post. Kane has the run on defenders, rises highest but Fabianski tips it over. Great stuff all round.
HALF TIME! 0-0. It is goalless at the break. Both sides will feel they should have scored. West Ham started well but Spurs had the better of the last 15 minutes. Intriguing game thus far.
KICK OFF! 0-0. West Ham get the second half underway. Should be a cracker.
Spurs with most of the ball here to open the second half.
Quality from Spurs. For once they speed up their player with plenty of movement results in Reguilon putting in a low cross. Skipp should do better but he misses the goal completely.
Skipp finding plenty of space in the second half. He seems to be breaking forward a lot more which has created some problems for West Ham.
Some nice buildup play by the hosts but it comes to a halt when Soucek handles in the box.
Another good counter attack by Spurs but Kane can't find Son in the box.
Romero goes into the book after he makes a tackle on Fornals. He then says something to the West Ham forward and all the players charge in.
The Hammers have a free kick just outside of the box on the left hand side. Harsh call against Moura.
West Ham have raised their levels and the fans are right behind them here. Benrahma has a shot inside the box but Skipp gets the block in.
The game has entered a very nervy stage. They both know a goal now either way could be enough.
Kane drops into the pocket, receives on the half turn, beats one defender but can't get past the next two.
CLOSE! Fornals wins the ball high up the field, shoots and it takes a deflection. But Lloris just gets his fingertips to the ball to help it over.
GOAL! WEST HAM! ANTONIO! 1-0. Cresswell puts in the corner but no Spurs player can get their head on it. Antonio just sticks out a leg to steer it into the back of the net.
Spurs will have to speed up their play now. That was very poor defensive work from a set piece.
Not much of a response from Spurs thus far.
West Ham are looking very well organised in a low block. Spurs need much more movement.
Continuous pressure here by Spurs but they aren't creating much. The hosts on the other hand are struggling to get out of their half.
Gil and Lo Celso comes on to replace Ndombele and Reguilon.
Benrahma is off for Lanzini.
Spurs leaving plenty of space for West Ham to counter. Antonio is however isolated but does well to win a throw.
FULL TIME! 1-0. Antonio's goal proves to be enough as West Ham take the win. It was a reasonably even game but perhaps West Ham just edged it. Pressure will continue to grow on Spurs, and Kane who was hardly in the game today.
+1 There will be 3 minutes added on. Spurs have been poor since going down.
Bergwijn is on for Moura for Spurs while Bowen makes way for West Ham.
