The Sharks stunned Western Province in Cape Town last week to reach the final, while the Bulls made heavy weather of it before pulling ahead against the Lions who made far too many mistakes on the day.
When these teams met earlier this season in the SRU the Bulls thrashed the Sharks 41-14 at this ground but the Sharks edged the Bulls 32-29 in the CC game they played in Durban.
The Bulls have made this ground a fortress this season. They have won all of their Super Rugby unlocked (SRU) and Currie Cup (CC) games here at Loftus.

Venter is offside and it's a relieving penalty to the Bulls near the halfway line. Steyn decides to go for goal and sends it WIDE!

This time a silly Bulls knock-on hand possession to the Sharks at the scrum. The Sharks secure the ball and go wide before Bosch tries a drop and drags it wide.
The Bulls concede a penalty after a Sharks player is handled in the air. Jake White is not happy! Bosch lines it up and again he misses it. What is going on?
TRY, SHARKS, NKOSI! 9-13: A massive boost for the Sharks just before the break. Aphelele Fassi runs into a gap and times his offload perfectly. In the end Nkosi flies over in the corner. This time the conversion is good from Bosch!
HALF-TIME: BULLS 9-13 SHARKS. The Sharks lead a stop-start half thanks to that last gasp try from Nkosi. Let's hope we have a full uninterupted 40 minutes after this seven minute break.
