Kick off is in about 15 minutes. Join us then for all the live updates.
The Lions will attempt to play a fast paced game but the weather will largely determine that. Their focus should be on set phases, because the only way they walk away with anything from this game is if they can find parity in the tight phases.
While Leinster are without most of their stars due to the Six Nations being on the go. Although everyone is well aware of just how strong the Leinster squad is and they have superb youth systems. They will be no easy ride tonight.
The Lions are down in 14th place on the URC table with just two wins in nine matches. Contrary, Leinster are top having won eight of their 10 matches.

Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the United Rugby Championship fixture between Leinster and the Lions at the RDS Arena.
KICK OFF! 0-0. We are underway at the RDS Arena. Lions kick deep.
Lions win the first scrum penalty of the night. Hendrikse will kick for goal but his attempt way way wide, that he did not hit sweetly.
Oh no, another penalty goes to the Lions, this time some good work on the ground and it is closer to goal for Hendrikse. The flyhalf hits this well but it is again wide, not a good start for the youngster.
Lions try to keep ball in hand but they go nowhere. Hendrikse opts for the up-and-under but the ball goes directly into touch.
TRY! LEINSTER! KEARNEY! 5-0. Straight from first phase, Leinster have a move from the training ground at the left wing goes over in the corner. Far too easy, dreadful defensive read.
CONVERSION! BYRNE! 7-0. Superb kick from touch to secure the extras.
The signs are not good for the Lions with Hendrikse having such a shocker to start. Two missed kicks at goal, one relatively simple and then a poor kick directly into touch results in a try. He will hope for some improvement, the conditions are quite tough with the wind.
What is Simelane doing? Lions get some decent attacking ball, he cuts inside then throws a wild pass inside straight to a Leinster player.
Another opportunity for Hendrikse. This is in front of the uprights.
PENALTY! LIONS! HENDRIKSE! 7-3. This time Hendrikse converts to get the Lions on the board.
Scrums are a bit of a mess here tonight. Ref will have to make some big decisions one feels, we can't be resetting three or four times.
And there the decision comes. Lions penalised on Leinster's 10m line. The hosts send play to the Lions 22, the South African side will have to defend this one a bit better.
Where is the Lions midfield defence? Leinster cut straight through again, some good hands get them out outside of defenders but a slip by Kearney cost them a try in the corner.
Lions will have to sort that defence out sharpish or it could become a long night. So far they are fronting up in every area bar midfield defence. The last thing any defence needs in giving away midfield meters from lineout.
Scrum penalty to the Lions now, seems a bit of a lottery. Hendrikse puts it out on Leinster's 5m line. Can the underdogs hit back?
Leinster defend the maul and shove the Lions into touch. But they jumped right across at that lineout, should have been another penalty to the visitors. Easy to defend the maul if you place someone on the Lions side from the start.
Visitors are not showing any composure in possession. They are being dominated physically in contact and thus getting no front-foot ball.
Lions win a crucial penalty 10 meters from their own line. Leinster's poor discipline is the only thing keeping the South African side in this game.
Brilliant break by Van den Berg gets him within meters of the Leinster line. He should really have found support but chose to go on his own. From there momentum is gone and Leinster manage to win a penalty.
This time it is the Lions who turn the ball over on their own line and clear up field. Brilliant defence.
Leinster have another opportunity to score but a poor pass goes into touch by Byrne. It is not usual for them to be this inaccurate, even with so many players missing.
PENALTY! LIONS! HENDRIKSE! 7-6. Hendrikse lands another three pointer to bring the visitors within one.
HALF TIME! 7-6. Leinster will wonder how they are only one point ahead but they Lions have also had their chances. Both sides have been poor with ball in hand, but Leinster have been knocking on the door a bit more. Can the Lions cause a huge upset in the second half?
No try! No clear evidence that the ball was grounded.
Leinster are over from the maul but the TMO will decide. On field call is no try, although Leinster seem convinced.
Leinster win a penalty and put the ball out in the corner as the clock goes read.
KICK OFF! 7-6. Leinster get the second half underway. Lions will hope for the same, maybe a bit more accuracy in possession but Leinster will be disappointed with their first half performance.
Early pressure from the Lions again. Lineout just outside Leinster's 22.
Nothing comes of the Lions attack but Leinster attack with a kick through. Fortunately Van den Berg gets back and clears well.
TRY! LEINSTER! ALA'ALATOA! 12-6. Eventually the hosts go over from close range. It has been coming.
CONVERSION! BYRNE! 14-6. Simple conversion for the Leinster 10. Lions are now two scores down.
The momentum down firmly with Leinster. They breakout from the kick off and win a penalty inside Lions 22. The kick for touch.
TRY! LEINSTER! PENNY! 19-6. Lions have no answer to the Leinster maul and over goes Penny.
CONVERSION! BYRNE! 21-6. Byrne adds the extras.
Are the Lions going to capitulate now? Leinster were always going to come out firing in the second half, Lions need to halt this momentum now.
Lions get a penalty which gives them an opportunity to exit their own half.
Lions getting a bit of possession but they really haven't made an impression on Leinster's defence tonight (bar for one break). They have gotten plenty of penalties but their set piece has also failed to get anything on Leinster.
And again the Lions fail to create anything inside Leinster's 22, lose possession and are immediately under pressure again.
Lions still in with a chance. They have a scrum on Leinster's five meter line right beneath the posts. Great attacking opportunity with space on both sides.
What defence! That can go down as the try saver of the season right now. Pienaar breaks away from deep and looks set to reach the corner for the Lions first try. O'Brien however comes from the other side of the field, out of nowhere and makes a great tackle in the corner. Super stuff that.
Lions just can't get it right at crucial points. Their attack is so ridiculously blunt, even against a second string Leinster outfit.
I'd be surprised if any side over the last four of five seasons have had as many set pieces inside the Leinster 22. Lions have not struggled getting there, thanks to the horrid discipline of Leinster, but they have not really threatened to cross the whitewash.
Game starting to slow down a bit now but Leinster still need a try for the bonus point.
The game has become very stop-start over the last 10 or so minutes. Lions currently with a scrum on their own 22.
Another knock-on by Lions inside the Leinster 22. They do not look destined to score a try tonight.
TRY! LIONS! KRIEL! 21-11. And just as I say that, Lions dominate the Leinster scrum, the ball pops out and Kriel pounces!
FULL TIME! 21-13. Leinster win it in the end but do not get their bonus point try. For all the Lions errors, they were solid on defence for the most part and kept fighting against their far more fancied opponents. The visitors got their try in the end which perhaps gave the scoreline a better reflection of the game.
CONVERSION! HENDRIKSE! 21-13. Simple conversion puts Lions within eight.
