These teams last met in the opening round of this years competition and on that occasion the Sharks beat Quins 39-31 in an exciting clash in Durban.
The Sharks have already qualified for the Round of 16, while the Londoners still have a lot to do to reach the next stage.
In their last Heineken Cup game Quins went down by one point in a tightly contested game against Racing 92 in Paris, while the Sharks had a convincing 32-3 win over Union Bordeaux-Begles in Durban.
Harlequins are currently seventh on the Pool A log, while the Sharks are sitting pretty in second position.

Early scrappy play by Quinns to hand the Sharks the first scrum of the game and some relief near halfway.
TRY, SHARKS, AM! 0-5: The Sharks secure the scrum and go wide. A gentle chip-kick with the sun at their back then hand them advantage on the attack. Slick hands and two passes later we see Lukhanyo Am is OVER!
The Bosch conversion from near the sideline hits the upright.
TRY, HARLEQUINNS, CARRE! 5-5: Quinns with eight patient phases make their way into the Sharks 22 and it does not take long before Danny Care is OVER! That is a good response!
CONVERSION, HARLEQUINNS, SMITH! 7-5: Marcus Smith makes no mistake!
The restart from the Sharks go deep but they then concede a penalty at the breakdown. Quinns feed a line-out near halfway.
TRY, HARLEQUINNS. DOMBRANDT! 12-5: Quick hands after securing the line-out from Marcus Smith and he sends Alex Dombrandt OVER! The Sharks had no chance to recover.

It has been a rather busy start to this game and we have seen three tries already in the opening quarter.

TRY, HARLEQUINNS, MURLEY! 19-8: Far to easy for Quinns after securing the set-piece. Once again they go wide and Smith with quick hands again to see Cadan Murley score in the corner. Tackles missed by the Sharks.

The Sharks need to sort out their defensive issues quickly.
Quinns secure a scrum on their 10 metre line and the problems mount for the Sharks as they concede a scrum penalty. Quinns finds touch.
The Sharks go offside under pressure after the set-piece and Quinns in a better position now. In the corner!
It's another Quinns' penalty and this time at the maul. The Sharks are warned and Quinns take a quick tap. Great work by the Sharks and a bonus as they clear the ball under pressure one metre from their own line.
TRY, SHARKS, HENDRIKSE! 21-13: The Sharks decide to run the ball from their own 22 and FANTASTIC work by Potgieter, who gets out of a Carre tackle and then sends Jaden Hendrikse OVER IN THE CORNER!
CONVERSION, SHARKS, BOSCH! 21-15: Bosch adds two more this time around.
PENALTY, HARLEQUINNS, SMITH! 24-15: Marcus Smith sends a nice kick down the middle after the Quinns secured an offside penalty near the 10 metre line.
The Sharks try to get out their own half before poor handling let them down and Quinns can get going away after also securing a penalty near halfway at the breakdown.
Quinns finds a good touch and secure the subsequent line-out. They get the maul going before going wide. The Sharks get it back before Quinns turn it over yet again. CRAZY STUFF!
Good work by the Sharks to secure a critical turn-over after a Quinns line-out.
TRY, SHARKS, ETZEBETH! 24-22: Good thinking by Etzebeth who comes around the scrum and grabs it ahead of Carre. He runs home and SCORE amid the boos. The TMO says ALL IN ORDER and Carre was taking too much time there with his clearance. The conversion is OVER!
HALF-TIME: HARLEQUINNS 24-22 SHARKS. The home team lead by two as we hit the sheds in what has been a busy game. The Sharks will have to contend with the sun in their eyes after the break.

TRY, HARLEQUINNS, LEWIES! 29-22: The set-piece is secured and the rolling maul goes forward. Stephan Lewies then forces his way OVER against his former team. Great work avoiding a tackle also!

The Sharks move through the phases now but after seven they mess it up and Quinns have it back only for the Sharks to secure it again. That's the way it's been.
Lewies is involved again as Quinns make their way into Sharks territory before they concede a penalty at the breakdown.
Bosch fails to find touch as he tries to go for TOO MUCH DISTANCE! After possession going to and fro again Phepsi Buthelezi makes ground into a gap.
After some more frantic play it's relief for the Sharks, as they secure a penalty at the breakdown deep in their own half.
TRY, HARLEQUINNS, DAVID! 34-22: The Sharks mess up the subsequent line-out and Quinns come away with it. From nowhere Potgieter comes away with it for the Sharks and they make good ground before kicking possession away. Quinns sees a gap and in the end Nick David SPRINTS HOME after a chip-kick to SCORE! What a WASTE by the Sharks.
CONVERSION, HARLEQUINNS, SMITH! 36-22: It's rinse and repeat by Smith yet again.
Yet again the Sharks mess up a good ball and all credit to Quinns, who secure the breakdown penalty. They find a good touch.
The line-out is messed up by Quinns with a long throw into a Sharks hand. LUCKY SHARKS!
This time the Sharks win back the ball after Lewies concedes a penalty with a professional foul. The Sharks are angry! Should that have been a card?
The Sharks come CLOSE but good work by Quinns to keep them out by conceding an offside penalty seven metres out.
The Sharks concede the subsequent line-out and they drive forward, Good Quinns defence again and then the home team TURNS IT OVER for a penalty at the breakdown! Fantastic by Lewies and company!
Penalty to the Sharks on halfway and Bosch finds touch in the corner. The pressure on the Sharks leads to mistakes as Kolisi is penalised at the breakdown. He complains but to no avail. He WAS AT FAULT!

The Sharks are making silly stupid errors now and give away another penalty after obstruction.
More scrappy play from the Sharks and they really need to be less careless and secure a bonus point here to help them earn a home round of 16 game.
TRY, SHARKS, POTGIETER! 39-27: There it is and the Sharks go wide under a penalty advantage and in the end Marnus Potgieter is OVER near the corner!
CONVERSION, SHARKS, BOSCH! 39-29: The conversion is over!
NO TRY, SHARKS! 39-22: The try has been RULED OUT due to an off the ball incident involving a Sharks player. They go back for the penalty.
The Sharks come again and five metres out that man and another former Shark Andre Esterhuizen TURNS IT OVER!
TRY, SHARKS, FASSI! 39-29: The Sharks get it back and after keeping ball in hand Aphelele Fassi is sent away by Williams to SCORE! The conversion is over and they have that bonus point again.
