The Waratahs hit back with a penalty and they find a good touch. The line-out is secured and they go wide and low.

News just in is that Blyth has failed his HIA and he will not return.
NO TRY! The Reds secure another penalty and all credit to Paisami for a great tackle, forcing the turn-over. The subsequent line-out is sloppy and then Tupou storms over to score. However the TMO is having a look at possible off the ball play.
The Reds feed a five metre scrum and we have a few resets. They then secure a penalty and opt for another scrum. Another scrum penalty follow and Bell is warned. They go again.
YELLOW CARD, WARATAHS, BELL! and TRY to MCDERMOTT! 17-7: Bell is sin-binned! The Reds secure the scrum and secure a penalty. Quick thinking by the scrumhalf to take the tap and he runs into open space to score!

PENALTY, WARATAHS, HARRISON! 19-10: The Waratahs secure a penalty and decide to go for goal. Harrison makes no mistake with a good kick.
NO TRY! McDermott secures a loose ball and he sprints at least 40 metres, before being nailed by Maddocks. The ball is recycled and Wright then pounches on a ball that spilled into the Waratahs in-goal area. The TMO rules that he was offside and the Waratahs get out of jail.
HALF-TIME: REDS 19-13 WARATAHS. The Reds deserve their narrow lead at the break in what started out as a very stop-start game. The Waratahs are within reach, but are struggling to get going.
PENALTY, WARATAHS, HARRISON! 19-13: The Waratahs feed a line-out inside the Reds 22 and they go through a few phases, before a cross-kick from Harrison amounts to nothing. They then secure an offside penalty and go for goal.

The Reds run the ball from their own line to the other side. That was a superb move and they force Hooper inside his own in-goal area. They then secure a penalty for a deliberate knock-down. Silly!

TRY, WARATAHS, MADDOCKS! 19-21: A great move and set-piece play by the Waratahs sees Jack Maddocks run at an angle to score! The Reds were folled by some back and forth moves between Swindon and Maddocks.
CONVERSION, WARATAHS, HARRISON! 19-23: Harrison extends the lead.
The Reds feed a line-out deep inside the Waratahs 22. They string together 10 phases on the short side, before they give away possession.
The Reds secure a penalty near the 10-metre line after some off the ball play. Hegarty lines it up and he pushes it wide. It was the right decision though.
The Waratahs string the phases together and they make their way into the Reds 22, before Hooper is penalised for not releasing the ball. Poor!
The Reds secure yet another penalty at the breakdown and Hegarty finds a good touch near the corner.
TRY, REDS, WILSON! 24-23: The Reds secure the line-out and after seven phases and also under a penalty advantage, Harry Wilson scores! Great work!
CONVERSION, REDS, HEGARTY! 26-23: Hegarty makes no mistake.
YELLOW CARD, REDS, TUPOU! 26-23: Tupou is sin-binned for his second late tackle this evening.
PENALTY, WARATAHS, HARRISON! 26-26: The scores are level after a good kick.
The Reds secure a penalty at the breakdown, but Hegarty sends the kick at goal wide.
The Reds feed a line-out 30 metres out from the Waratahs line, but a poor throw hands possession to the Waratahs.
PENALTY, REDS, O'CONNOR! 29-26: Hooper is penalised at the breakdown and this time James O'Connor lines it up and scores! The Reds lead.
