As the MotoGP season starts its engines with the season opening race in Portugal this weekend, South African rider Brad Binder's goals have not changed - he wants the MotoGP crown.

Binder, who made his MotoGP debut in 2020 following three seasons (2017 to 2019) in Moto2, won the "Rookie of the Year" award for his breakout season. And why not?
