Athletics South Africa (ASA) excellence manager Hezekiel Sepeng gushed over South Africa's 4x100m relay form, saying he won't shy away from setting ambitious goals for the Olympics, starting in Tokyo this July.

More than many, Sepeng knows what he's talking about. He can sense a medal from a mile away, having scooped the 800m silver medal at the Atlanta Games in 1996.

Last Sunday, SA's 4x100m men's relay team set tongues wagging after a sensational performance in Poland, where they pipped World Relay Championships defending champions Brazil to the post by one hundredth of a second.
