South African long jumper Ruswahl Samaai says he is relishing the pressure of attempting to reach the podium at next month's Tokyo Olympics.

Samaai, 29, is primed to make his mark on the biggest stage when he competes in his second Olympic Games.

With Luvo Manyonga out of the picture after receiving a four-year ban, all eyes will be on his friend and two-time Commonwealth Games medallist Samaai to carry the athletics team's long jump hopes.
