The seventh edition of the Telkom Netball League is underway from 14 October to 27 October at the Mangaung Indoor Sports Complex.
Three-peat defending champions, the Gauteng Jaguars, are looking to make it four championships in a row but face stiff competition from the other 11 teams in the Bloemfontein bio-bubble.
The Golden Fireballs, coached by Proteas assistant coach Dumisani Chauke, stated their intentions of competing for a title early in the competition by registering their second victory in as many days when they beat the Free State Crinums on the second day of the Telkom Netball League.

The opening day of the 2020 Telkom Netball League saw the three-time defending champions, the Gauteng Jaguars, flex their muscle early in the competition with victory over the North West Flames.
Newbies to the competition got mixed results as the Western Cape Tornadoes went down to the Eastern Cape Aloes but the Kingdom Queens downed the Limpopo Baobabs.
