It was the one missing piece - and a quite glaring one - to the Springbok puzzle in the lead up to the massive British and Irish Lions series.

Finding opponents for warm-up purposes was clearly a volatile, ebbing and flowing challenge for diligent master-strategists Rassie Erasmus and Jacques Nienaber... until everything clicked into place with the confirmation earlier this week of two precious Tests against Georgia in early July.
