SA Rugby, as a matter of urgency, will be working closely with ministers from the departments of health and sport in a desperate effort to ensure that fans will be allowed inside stadiums for this year's British & Irish Lions tour

And, according to health and social security expert Alex van den Heever, who works out of the University of Witwatersrand's School of Governance, it is, in fact, possible - despite the ongoing fight against the coronavirus.

SA Rugby hopes to secure 50% stadium attendance for the tour, which Van den Heever says is unrealistic, but he does see a situation where some fans will be allowed to watch the live games.
