The Bulls had the audacity to field a line-up laden with household figures in Wednesday’s Currie Cup match against Western Province at Cape Town Stadium ... and duly took the hosts to the cleaners.

By the time the Bulls took their collective feet off the pedal - remember, a peculiar week in which they’ve been required to put out three professional teams in the space of eight days - they had run up a painful (certainly if you were “Streeptruie” inclined) 40-0 lead.
