While they may have lost to both Ireland and France on their tour of Europe in November, the All Blacks have broken numerous records this year.

The Rugby Championship winners played 15 Test matches during 2021, winning 12 and losing three for an 80% win percentage.

Other than those losses to Ireland and France, New Zealand also tasted defeat to the Springboks, going down 31-29 in on the Gold Coast in Australia.

As for the record broken, well they are impressive indeed.

  • The All Blacks became the first team to score 100 tries in an international season, ending on 101 overall.
  • The 720 points scored during their 15 Test is the most by a team during an international season.
  • Will Jordan's 15 tries during the season are the most by a player in 2021.
  • 70 conversions landed by All Black kickers is the most in an international season.

These numbers were bolstered, however, by two massive wins 102-0 versus Tonga in July and then 104-14 against the United States in November.

Despite that, they remain records that won't be broken anytime soon.
