We are moments away from kick off as the players come out for the national anthems.
Samoa have only beaten Ireland once in nine matches and that came more than 20 years ago in 1996. Going by Samoa's performances at the World Cup it is extremely unlikely that they will get their second win today.
Ireland are at full-strength as they look to build momentum into the playoffs while Samoa are playing for pride alone. It is their final match so expect a very committed performance from them.
Ireland have yet to confirm their place in the quarter final but a positive result today will secure their spot.

CONVERSION! SEXTON! 7-0. Sexton converts from the right-hand touchline.
YELLOW CARD! S. Lam is yellow carded a high tackle. The ball carrier dipped significantly and Lam was in position to tackle around the hips.

Samoa have no answer to Ireland's strong defence. All they can revert to is kicking which is giving possession straight back to Ireland.

The conversion attempt is pulled horribly to the right.
RED CARD! Bundee Aki has been sent off for a high tackle. Again, it was dangerous but hardly deserving of a red.
Game is going through a very scrappy phase with a lot of scrums. Can't help but feel these cards being handed out will destroy the game.

Samoa are physically completely dominating Samoa. The men in blue cannot hold onto the ball. Ireland back in Samoa's 22 and under advantage.
