Whitelock is part of a big tackle early on and he is getting some medical attention. New Zealand have a scrum inside the Irish half.
A kick goes high in the Tokyo sky and the ball comes off an Irish head into the All Blacks hands. The move ends with a deliberate knock down from Stockdale and the referee says he is lucky to just concede a penalty. Stockdale almost thought it was an interception.
Ringrose goes off with some blood coming out of his forehead, and Larmour comes on to take his place. The referee is chatting to Stockdale about that knock down.
PENALTY, NEW ZEALAND, MO'UNGA! 3-0: It is all about building pressure today and Mo'unga opens the scoring to put New Zealand in the lead early in the game.
Ringrose comes back and New Zealand concede a penalty through Savea. Sexton will kick this to the corner for a lineout.

New Zealand are on the attack and they are gaining ground. They manage to pass the ball to the left wing after the breakdown and these are dangerous signs for Ireland.

Healy looks to run through but the referee blows his whistle and stops him. New Zealand are looking calm and collected with the ball in hand. One gets the feeling that Ireland have to score next to stay in the game.
It is great listening to Smith marshaling his players around him. New Zealand have looked a lot more composed as the half has gone on.
Ireland manage to turn the ball over and they are working it through a few phases. But they are finding it difficult to get out of their own half.
TRY, NEW ZEALAND, BARRETT! 22-0: They are going to check this try, the TMO is into the action. The on-field decision is a try to Barrett. Reece kicks the ball through and Barrett runs through to score the try. Good communication from the referee with the captains and the TMO. Another try for New Zealand.
