Former Springbok flyhalf has Pat Lambie opened up about life after rugby after a head collision in 2016 forced him to tragically cut his career short three years later.

Considered one of the brightest and most talented stars in South African rugby during his prime, Lambie made his Springbok Test debut at the age of 20 against Ireland at Lansdowne Road in 2010.
