Roux in court: Former SA Rugby boss disputes arbitration process as Stellenbosch University seeks R37m

Former SA Rugby CEO Jurie Roux's legal team will on Wednesday stand before the Western Cape High Court to argue that the arbitration which ordered he pay back the University of Stellenbosch R37 million was "not a fair trial". 

Roux's representatives will present that the 2020 arbitration, and the findings of an arbitration appeal that followed in 2021, be set aside. At the very least, they are asking for the entire process to start afresh.
