The link between the wave of current black Springbok players and late former SA Rugby president Silas Nkanunu's term in office is inextricable, according to his friend and mentee Mveleli Ncula.

In rugby administration no one was closer to Nkanunu, who died on Friday aged 87, than the former SA Rugby CEO Ncula.
