In this latest team-talk clip from Rassie Erasmus, the Springbok mentor talks about nerves following the team's 23-13 loss to the All Blacks at the 2019 Rugby World Cup.

The Boks rebounded to win the tournament, beating England 32-12 in the final.

They became the first team to win the World Cup while losing a match earlier in the tournament.

"Being nervous is fine, its a sign that you care," Erasmus says.
