Junior Springboks captain Sacha Mngomezulu has shared the battle cry the team used to spearhead a successful U20 series in Italy: "Win the north".

It was as effortless as it was forthright, particularly when you consider they had England, Ireland, France and Wales to contend with.

Also consider the fact that the French are World Rugby Under-20 champions; and the Irish are U20 Six Nations champions.
