Cheetahs vice-captain Junior Pokomela had to reach into the Chasing The Sun documentary series vocabulary to find the words that best describe how he felt when he had to take over the captaincy from Ruan Pienaar last Saturday.

Pienaar suffered a knee injury in the first half of the Cheetahs' somewhat shock 19-17 win over the Bulls at Loftus, which has put the regular Cheetahs captain out for the rest of the Super Rugby Unlocked competition.

The Cheetahs are hopeful the experienced Springbok scrumhalf will be back for the Currie Cup leg of the competition in December, where the men from Bloemfontein will enter as defending champions.
