The Lions have announce the contract extensions of two key players at the union - loose forwards Marnus Schoeman and Len Massyn.
The franchise announced the news on their Twitter page on Tuesday.
Both are one-year extensions, keeping the players in Johannesburg until at least the end of the 2021 season.
Schoeman, 31, has been at the Lions since 2018 and has thrived since joining from the Bulls while Massyn, who is still just 23, has spent his entire youth career at the union and is considered one of the brightest future prospects.
"I am blessed to continue my journey with the Lions family! I am looking forward to what the future holds. The best is yet to come," said Schoeman.
Massyn added: "I am excited for another year ahead with the Lions family and pursuing my God-given passion."
