Pretoria - Handre Pollard moves back to flyhalf for the Bulls when they take on the Reds in Brisbane on Saturday.
The Springbok No 10 had been moved to inside centre for last weekend's clash against the Lions at Ellis Park following the late withdrawal of Burger Odendaal.
Instead, new signing Johnny Kotze will play at inside centre against the Reds.
There is also a return to the starting line-up for Warrick Gelant, who replaces Divan Rossouw at fullback.
The Bulls started their 2018 campaign in superb fashion when they beat the Hurricanes at Loftus in week two, but they came unstuck against the Lions in week three.
Saturday's match kicks off at 10:45 (SA time).
