Stormers winger Seabelo Senatla admitted he needed to find himself again after a couple of seasons committed to 15-man rugby, where he just wasn't playing toward his strengths.

As a consequence of trying to become the kind of winger he was not, Senatla, who was once touted as Bryan Habana's successor in the Springbok jersey, lost ground on his contemporaries vying for scarce wing berths in the national team.

"I fell into the trap of trying to be a typical 15s winger, which was the language that was spoken back then, when I got in," said Senatla.
