The Western Province picture could turn dark before the union can see a brighter side.

Skeletons and gremlins are set to tumble out of their closet during SA Rugby's constitutionally-mandated intervention into the beleaguered union.

Allegations surfaced this week that Western Province Rugby Football Union (WPRFU) president Zelt Marais ran a despotic regime before being asked to step aside while appointed administrator Rian Oberholzer began his clean up.
