It probably helps to tilt emotions that John Dobson's charges defied expectation to land the SA Shield and be firmly in the running for the overall title in the first-time United Rugby Championship (URC).
But the Stormers head coach insists there aren't many pangs of lingering regret anyway in his dressing room over the seismic change by the major SA franchises from long-time Super Rugby to the Euro climes of the URC.
"I thought from my own side I'd have a couple of regrets, but really none," he said with trademark verbal vigour during an extended interview with Sport24 this week.
