This coming Saturday's United Rugby Championship (URC) final between the Stormers and Bulls at Cape Town Stadium is a dream fixture for South Africa, but also the start of a "special" rugby period for the city.
Capacity at one of the most iconic sporting venues was elevated to 34 000 for Saturday's semi-final against Ulster, in line with Covid-19 protocols, and the hope is for that number to be increased even further for this weekend's blockbuster.
That process of getting sign-off from the city and national government is not something that the Stormers will concern themselves with this week, of course, but head coach John Dobson has "no doubt" that whatever capacity is, it will be reached.
