Bafana Bafana boss Hugo Broos makes 2 changes for Ghana clash

Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has opted to make two changes for their 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup qualifier against Ghana.

After being held to a goalless draw on Friday against Zimbabwe in Harare, the 69-year-old has made two surprise inclusions for the match against the Black Stars on Monday at FNB Stadium.

Maritzburg United forward Bongokuhle Hlongwane (21), who came off the bench last week, will get a starting berth after he impressed against the Warriors.

Joining Hlongwane in the starting XI will be TS Galaxy midfielder Ethan Brooks (20) as they both replace Gift Links and Luther Singh.

Kick-off is at 18:00. 

Bafana Bafana XI v Ghana:

Starting XI: Williams (c), Morena, De Reuck, Xulu, Mobbie, Mvala, Mokoena, Tau, Brooks, Hlongwane, Makgopa. 

Substitutes: Mothwa, Bvuma, Blom, Dube, Ngcobo, Links, Maart, Mabiliso, Mbule, Singh, Letsoalo.
