Cape Town - Manchester City full-back Danilo is not looking to leave the title-chasing club in the off-season, despite reported interest from Inter Milan.
The Etihad defender is wanted at the Italian outfit, who are understood to have recently proposed a £20 million summer move to the San Siro.
The 27-year-old Danilo, however, has indicated that he remains happy playing under Pep Guardiola and will only contemplate leaving Manchester if the Citizens make it clear he is surplus to requirements.
The two-time Champions League winner with Real Madrid arrived from the Bernabeu in 2017, yet on the clear understanding he would have Kyle Walker ahead of him in the regular starting XI.
That continues to be the case, although Guardiola likes the fact the South American can fill at left-back and in a holding midfield role.
City paid £26 million to acquire Danilo and club insiders have indicated Inter would be wasting their time trying to procure him for anything less than that - even if the reigning Premier League champions are open to a sale.
