Premier League rivals Crystal Palace and West Ham United are reportedly battling it out to sign Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne.
The 29-year-old was a key part of the side inherited by Jurgen Klopp in 2015 but he has lost his place over the last two-and-a-half seasons.
According to the Daily Mirror, Klopp is willing to let Clyne leave upon the expiry of his contract this summer, rather than hand him a new deal.
The newspaper says that Hammers boss David Moyes is keen, while Palace are also interested in bringing the player back to the club at which his career began.
The emergence of Joe Gomez as an option at right-back initially saw Clyne lose game time, before Trent Alexander-Arnold became the unmistakable number-one choice for the position.
Clyne has been a steady back-up over the years for the Reds but a serious knee injury suffered in pre-season last summer has meant he has not featured at all this season.
