Cape Town - Manchester United outcast Alexis Sanchez is due to receive a huge financial windfall if he manages to secure a permanent switch to Inter Milan.
Inter are hopeful of securing a season-long loan for Alexis Sanchez by this weekend, with an option to make the move permanent next summer.
The San Siro club are planning to offer Sanchez a £150 000 contract if they do decide to make the move permanent, reports the Daily Mail - £350 000 short of Sanchez's current contract at Old Trafford.
The Red Devils will therefore contractually obliged to pay out the remaining two years of the Chilean's contract - a total of £36 million.
United will receive a fee of just under £15 million from Inter for the forward.
They are also expected to be paying a large proportion of Sanchez's wages this season to facilitate the initial move.
The former Arsenal forward has not made a senior appearance for United this season and has been limited to behind-closed-doors games at their Carrington training base.
