The records keep tumbling for Juventus attacker Cristiano Ronaldo who became the first player ever to score 20 or more goals in the last 12 consecutive seasons in the top-five European leagues.

The 36-year-old scored his 20th goal of the 2020/2021 season in a 3-0 win over Spezia in Serie A as Juventus closed the gap in the standings to the two Milan sides.

The Portugal captain has surpassed the 20-goal margin for a record 12th consecutive season, since the 2009/2010 season.

Ronaldo leads the Serie A goalscoring charts by two goals over Romelu Lukaku and set the benchmark in his 600th league appearance.
