Gudmundsson makes a good run down the right and finds space. With plenty of space he puts in his right-footed cross towards the back post but Cork can't get on the end of it. Bright start by the visitors.
Willock makes a good run down the centre of the pitch and the Burnley defence keeps backing off. Just outside the box he tries to find Aubameyang but the pass is intercepted.
Arsenal with the corner and Luiz is almost on the end of it for a debut goal. It goes for another corner.
Lacazette with a header from close but a great save by Pope.
GOAL! ARSENAL! LACAZETTE! 1-0. Superb by Lacazette! He receives the ball inside the box but with back to goal. Somehow he manages to twist and turn to get a shot away and beat Pope.
CLOSE! Barnes almost equalisers immediately. A ball over the top is hit first time on the volley by Barnes but it is wide of goal - good attempt.
The goal has woken Burnley up a bit as they look dangerous going forward. The Gunners will need to win more second balls off Wood and Barnes.
Arsenal slowing the pace of the game down but Burnley press high and win the ball back. Luiz does well to ensure Wood's pathway to goal is blocked.
Burnley are doing extremely well to win the ball back off Arsenal high up the field but Luiz is again in the way. Good start for his so far.
Burnley win a corner but O'Neill really should have done better after finding space in the box.
Burnley win a succession of free kicks dangerous areas but they are all well defended by the hosts.
Ceballos makes good run into the Burnley box but the cross is too deep and goes out for a goal kick.
McNeil does well to win a free kick but Monreal rises highest to clear.
Yellow Card for Aubameyang. He charged a free kick down without treating 10 meters.
SAVE! For once Arsenal play around the press and find space. The ball is played to Guendouzi who shoots low but Pope saves with his legs. Excellent from the Gunners.
GOAL! BURNLEY! BARNES! 1-1. Equaliser for Burnley! McNeil has a shot from outside the box but it is a miss-hit and falls to Barnes who taps past Leno. VAR check is done and the goal stands.
HALF TIME! 1-1. Arsenal took the lead through Lacazette but Barnes equalise just before the break. It is a scoreline that reflects how the game has gone as Arsenal have struggled to play through the Burnley press.
Nelson has the ball in the back of the net but the flag is up against Monreal. VAR in action again and confirms it was the correct ball.

The crowd picks up the volume as they feel Burnley are taking too long once the ball is out of play.
Aubameyang has a shot from distance that has Pope struggling but it is just over.
Pepe has made an immediate impact in the second stanza. Burnley's high press was great in the first half but they are struggling to deal with Pepe who carries the ball well with strength.
Arsenal now camped inside the Burnley half as their visitors are forced to drop deeper.
SAVE! Aubameyang hits a shot from inside the box on the angle but Pope gets down brilliantly.
Ceballos with a curling effort from outside the box but Pope pulls off another save.
GOAL! ARSENAL! AUBAMEYANG! 2-1. Brilliant from the Gunners. New signing, Ceballos wins the ball high up the field and it falls to Aubameyang who has been threatening all match. He shoots and Pope is beaten.
That is Aubameyang's 9th goal in his last 7 matches and has scored on every appearance against Burnley.
Arsenal are turning on the class now. The new signings have all made a massive impact which bodes well for the season ahead.
A scare for Arsenal as Gudmundsson's cross is met by McNeil but the header is well over.
Subs: Lacazette makes way for the more defensive Kolasinac while Gudmundsson is off for Burnley and Lennon comes on.
Arsenal are happy to slow the pace down and wait for Burnley to commit more men forward as they chase the game.
Leno does well from a Burnley set piece. He had to get down sharply or it could all have been level again.

FULL TIME! 2-1. Arsenal hold on to win at the Emirates but Burnley won't be disheartened by their performance. Pope was brilliant for the hosts while Aubameyang's winner was enough to ensure Arsenal win their opening two matches.
Aubameyang has a great chance to score his second after Pepe sets him up but a poor touch costs him the chance to get a shot away.
Aubameyang sets up Torreira with a cut-back but Pope makes another superb save. He has kept Burnley in this match.
