Sithebe's corner is cleared by Langerman at the near post and Sundowns look to counter. However, AmaZulu get the ball back as Jali looks to pick out Sirino. It's Vilakazi who tidies up for Usuthu.
Sirino looks to link up with Meza, but Boshoff rushes out and intercepts the ball. Alert goalkeeping.
Sundowns have the ball in the back of the net, but the flag is up for offside and it's disallowed! Not sure whether the ball to Morena or his pass inside for the finish was what prompted the flag to go up. That one needs further scrutiny.
At the other end, Sithebe lines up a shot, but fires wide of the target.

Darpoh puts the tackle in on Morena just as he's about to shoot from just outside the box. As a result, the strike fizzes wide of the target. Usuthu get the goal-kick.
Meza holds the ball up well and tees up Morena inside the box. He goes down. Sundowns appeal for a penalty. Not given! Replays show Booysen is a very lucky man not to have been penalised there.

AmaZulu have started the second half with an attacking mindset, as they needed to do. Karuru goes for goal with his left, but the shot is blocked.
Langerman crosses from Sundowns' left, but Boshoff holds on. He's quick to release the ball, looking to get his team on the front foot.
Vilakazi has been handed a yellow card for a late tackle on Kekana, with referee Ndzandzeka coming back having initially allowed the game to continue. That's the game's first booking.
Kekana is on the end of another heavy challenge as Ntuli kicks him. Shortly afterwards, Sikhakhane clatters into Meza. AmaZulu need to keep their heads. Sundowns have a free-kick out wide.

FULL-TIME: MAMELODI SUNDOWNS 5-0 AMAZULU. A first half goal from Meza was complemented by two in the second half from Sirino and one from Affonso, with a Booysen own goal also adding to Sundowns' tally. A totally dominant display to put them into the QFs.
At the other end, the other Vilakazi has a shot, AmaZulu's Nhlanhla Vilakazi. Onyango tips it over the target — he might not even have needed to, but wasn't taking chances.
