Cape Town - Mpumalanga Black Aces media representative Gordon Masondo has confirmed that Aubrey Ngoma became the latest high-profile South African footballer to have his car stolen.

The Aces winger reportedly parked his car outside his house on Wednesday night and when he woke up the car was nowhere to be seen.

Masondo admits the club are trying hard to assist the Orlando Pirates player in any way they can.

"Aubrey Ngoma's car has been stolen. According to the information we got, it was stolen at around 03:00 this morning," Masondo told Soccer Laduma.

"The player was sleeping in his residence in Germiston at the time of the incident. As I am talking to you, I am busy trying to follow different leads in an attempt to assist the player in the search for his car.

"Aubrey and his brother are also following some leads. Somebody called and said he found Aubrey's wallet in Protea Glen. Just imagine, the distance from Germiston to Protea Glen, it's unbelievable. Something doesn't add up."
