Black Leopards have appointed former Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs coach Kosta Papic as the club's new technical director.

Leopards announced Papic's appointment on all the club's social media accounts on Thursday.

Papic's role at Lidoda Duvha comes after he left Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak in controversial circumstances after only two months in charge.

He returns to the Limpopo outfit he left seven years ago and has signed a two-year contract.

It is understood that the Serbian will work closely with head coach Lehlohonolo Seema as they look to steer Leopards away from the relegation zone.

Seema initially came in as an assistant but ended up replacing former head coach Dylan Kerr.

Lidoda Duvha are currently bottom of the DStv Premiership standings with nine points having only won two out of 14 matches this season.
