Happy Jele says it is crucial that Orlando Pirates pick all three points in their first Absa Premiership clash since the restart.
Buccaneers face Nedbank Cup finalists Mamelodi Sundowns in their league clash at Dobsonville Stadium on Tuesday evening.
While Sundowns are coming off the back of a hard-fought cup win over Bidvest Wits this past weekend, Pirates have not played for over four months.
And heading into the game, the two sides are only separated by four points, with Downs in second on 44 points and Pirates in fourth place with 40 points although having played two games more.
Speaking ahead of the game on the Pirates' Twitter account, Jele said: "Just to come back and train with the guys again is very good. We are motivated.
"Each and every one wants us to come back and play the game. For us it's very important to start now with the win.
"The mood is very good since we came back from lockdown, I think everyone is motivated (and) is excited to play the game.
"And obviously we've been training very well, the technical team prepared us very well and I think we are ready for this coming game and we want to do our best and enjoy the game.
"We want to go there and work hard and get some results for the team."
