Orlando Pirates head coach Josef Zinnbauer felt his side were unlucky not to claim all three points as they were held to a 0-0 draw at home by Golden Arrows at the Orlando Stadium on Wednesday.
Despite a number of opportunities to score Pirates failed to capitalise on their dominance of possession and were left to settle for a frustrating draw.
The result sees the Buccaneers drop down to sixth position on 18 points in the Premiership standings and a point behind Arrows who are one of three sides to remain unbeaten.
"We want three points speaking about a draw is not a discussion for us, Zinnbauer told SuperSport TV post-match. "We always play for three points at home and this was clearly the target.
"The team worked hard for this objective but we didn't get the result that we want. I cannot say the team is not working but we just didn't get the luck we needed for the win."
Pirates next face a trip to Maritzburg United in a league clash on Saturday.
Kick-off is at 20:15.
