Johannesburg - Under-fire Kaizer Chiefs coach Steve Komphela has admitted that there is a lot of expectation as an Amakhosi mentor, as they always to deliver results day-in and day-out.

Amakhosi and SuperSport United shared the spoils in a gruelling Absa Premiership encounter at FNB Stadium on Wednesday.

Chiefs have had a winless run in five competitive games with fans calling for Komphela's head, however the coach insisted that he will not dwell on the past as the 'Phefeni Glamour Boys' look to go forward.

"Whether you like it or not a draw is not enough at Chiefs, you just have to keep winning," said Komphela.

"And obviously where we are sitting at the moment there's a lot still to be done.

"And you need to focus on your job, you can't afford to lose focus regardless of the situation.

"But unfortunately as professionals we can't look back and regret the past. And instead of looking backwards because we have to just move on.

"So we have to move on and solve the problems and then our situation would change."
